Foundational Trail

The Leadership Trail typically runs over 6 months following the foundational structure as follows:

  1. Getting Ready

    Complete online CliftonStrengths Full 34 and individual or group debrief on Strengths Results.

    Provide participants with pre-work in readiness for Kick Off.

  1. Kick Off (60 mins)

    Meet your Guides and get a taste of the Leadership Trail including intro to Clifton Strengths. Pre-program survey to measure key metrics prior to program commencement.

  1. Pillar One (2 ½ hours)

    Trail of Self-Discovery: Unleashing Your Inner Potential.

    Focus: Individual growth and personal development.

  1. Pillar Two (2 ½ hours)

    Trailblazing Leadership: Leading with Strengths.

    Focus: Leveraging individual strengths for leading self and leading others effectively.

  1. Pillar Three (2 ½ hours)

    Trail to Action: Navigating the Bigger Picture.

    Focus: Sustainable, strengths based leadership habits that ripple outward and create impact.

  1. Self-paced Learning & Reflection

    Embed application and learning amongst participants. Build reflective practice skills.

    Conversation tools to link to development plans, share learnings and seek feedback.
