Complete online CliftonStrengths Full 34 and individual or group debrief on Strengths Results.
Provide participants with pre-work in readiness for Kick Off.
Kick Off (60 mins)
Meet your Guides and get a taste of the Leadership Trail including intro to Clifton Strengths. Pre-program survey to measure key metrics prior to program commencement.
