  1. Write down your top 3 strengths.

  2. Ask yourself: How can I use these to create impact beyond myself?

  3. Craft one guiding statement from your answers—a mini “north star.”


For instance:

  • A leader with Strategic might define their purpose as “charting a path through complexity so others can move with clarity.”

  • A leader with Empathy could say, “creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and valued.”


When your vision aligns with your natural strengths, it not only inspires trust—it drives long-term results. Because people can feel when you’re leading from a place of genuine purpose. And, you’ll feel better too.
